Although not required save for a few specific circumstances, gifts from My list are always happily received and the thoughtfulness and generosity of the givers is genuinely appreciated.
A great deal of thought and care went into creating the following list in order to provide information that you will find both helpful and insightful. I am a highly practical Dominatrix and I do not enjoy shopping simply for the sake of accumulating material possessions. My tastes are fine and I want only items that will serve a functional purpose in My life. I try hard to support "mom and pop" shops, small businesses and companies whose practices I agree with.

Over the past few years a combination of factors, including COVID-19 and water damage, have threatened My ability to maintain My private dungeon. While happy and thankful to receive any gifts from My Gift List, My current priorities are replacing my aged computer, repairing and replacing BDSM equipment, and of course covering the normal expenses of running a private dungeon in a city as wonderful, and expensive, as New York. Unfortunately, and very sadly, all of My favorite nearby "mom-and-pop" shops and small businesses have permanently closed. This started happening before the COVID-19 pandemic due to high rents and the arrival of big chain stores, but the pandemic-related shutdown in 2020 was the final nail in the coffin for many, including several corporate storefronts. NO BOTTLED WATER
Unless specifically requested, do not bring Me bottled water (in plastic or glass bottles). Like the majority of people
in the United States -- but not all -- I am extremely fortunate to have access to clean running water in My home, at least for
now. I also have reusable bottles in the event I want to carry water with Me. The use of plastic in all its forms is destroying
our environment, including our oceans. Please try hard to reduce your use of bottled water and plastic in general and do your
best to reuse and recycle items.

This is by far My preferred gift certificate. I use Pratima's skincare products every day (and I used to
get body treatments at her NYC spa before she had to close the brick-and-mortar location during the COVID-19

In April 2022, Pratima made the difficult decision to close the spa segment of her business after 40+ years. It has been a struggle for her to safely offer Ayurvedic treatments during the pandemic. Now, with COVID-19 cases on the rise again in NYC, it is simply not feasible for her to maintain her spa and shop in Soho. Her skincare products can still be purchased online.
December 2022:
COVID, flu, and RSV are on the rise in the NYC area so I have not looked for a new place for
massage and other body treatments. I will update here when I find new places and/or therapists.
September 2023:
As of this writing, all summer long, I have consistently had neighbors in both of My NYC buildings with
active cases of COVID. Since we share so much common space here, I have not had a break from the
COVID-19 pandemic like many people have enjoyed. Because of this, coupled with all the renovation
work taking place in both buildings, I have not actively looked for a new massage therapist. I will
keep this page updated.
June 2024:
Dealing with multiple water-damage events (along with COVID-19) and trying to get My dungeon back
into working order has consumed My time for the past two years. I still have not had a moment to
find a new a new place for face and body treatments. I will update here as soon as I do.

PHOTO SHOOT
Generally, a professional photography shooting costs Me $700+ for the photographer (additional if I use a make-up artist), a
day without sessions, and several hours of My time for editing and posting the pictures online. I get new pictures taken
as My schedule and budget allow, which is not often. If you wish to see new pictures more frequently, a gift of cash to be
used for the photographer is an excellent idea! It will be greatly appreciated and very helpful. If you send $700 or more,
you will be allowed to have a say in what I wear and show in My next photo shoot.

NO Coffee

WINE
If you wish to gift Me with an alcoholic beverage, please bring only wine. I prefer white wines (excluding Pinot Grigio);
however, I am experimenting with reds. While gifts of this nature are always welcome, I rarely drink during a session;
therefore, do not bestow Me with such a gift based on the assumption that I will consume it during your scene.
Should you wish to share a drink of wine with Me during our session, note the following: You must obtain permission in advance, this request will only be considered if we have a well-established relationship, and I will not drink if "heavy" and/or edge play is involved.
FRAGRANCE
I do not wear fragrance so I am not interested in receiving any perfumes or colognes. However, I do use various essential oils
and I will experiment with any that I receive. You may also send/bring Me
Pratima's Anti-Stress Aroma Oil,
which is used similarly to a perfume.

DARK GARDEN CORSETS
Dark Garden corsets are a very special investment and should last a lifetime if cared for properly. A few of My custom-made Dark Garden corsets are over 20 years old and still look and wear like new. Once a custom order is placed with Dark Garden, it takes approximately 12 weeks for the process to be completed and the corset to arrive in My hands. "Standard fit" items arrive much quicker.
Because the quality of Dark Garden corsets is extraordinary and all garments are handmade on-site by a small team of talented artisans, the prices are not inexpensive. The corsets I am interested in start around $1,500 if made of fabric. For items made in leather, I expect the price to be close to $1,900 for waist-cincher styles to well over $3,000 for some over-the-bust styles.
I am grateful for all gift certificates, but please be aware that a gift certificate of less than $1,500 will not be enough to get a corset that I want from Dark Garden. The best way to offer Me a Dark Garden corset as a gift is to work with Me to choose a design that will bring joy to us both. Then, once we know the total cost, you may either pay Dark Garden directly, buy a Dark Garden Gift Certificate equal to the full price (including tax, shipping, fittings), or give Me cash to cover the purchase.

* Gift List Anecdote -- Why to stick to My List
As described at the top of this page, I am pragmatic and that means I do not want gifts for which I have no interest or use. Over the years a few well-meaning individuals have presented Me with gifts which were incredibly baffling to Me. Clearly they were unaware of My public gift list or they did not make the effort to study it or get to know a little about Me. One submissive proudly proclaimed that he wanted to "stick out from the crowd by ignoring My gift list and surprise Me with something different." He did indeed make an impression -- I wanted to smack him upside the head with his "surprise." I can be cruel, but I am not heartless. These unwanted items were politely accepted and have since been given away, recycled, sold, or may even be tucked away in the back of My closet somewhere. This is unfair to the giver and receiver and does not make for good feelings on either end.
Not too surprisingly, the people who have not paid attention to this Gift List or any other part of My website no longer enjoy the opportunity to see and serve Me. Again, stick to My List.
